RESOLUTION NO. 26-14
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORWALK AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2025/26
ADOPTED BUDGET TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR THE
AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE EDGESOFT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined there is a need to request additional services by Edgesoft to complete a full data migration into ArcGIS and enhance current reporting metrics for the Public Services Department work order system. The cost of the budget amendment is $97,750 and
WHEREAS, the current appropriation for the project has been fully exhausted; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appropriate the additional $97,750 needed to fund the additional work from available general fund balance.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORWALK HEREBY DETERMINES, FINDS, AND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The City Manager is authorized to make the following appropriation and prepare the necessary budget amendment for the following account:

Section 2.The Mayor, or presiding officer, is hereby authorized to affix her signature to this Resolution signifying its adoption by the City Council of the City of Norwalk and the City Clerk, or her duly appointed assistant, is directed to attest thereto.
