Background:
The City Council, at its February 17, 2026 meeting, introduced Ordinance No. 26-1767, which will grant a proprietary pipeline franchise to Heraeus Precious Metals North American, LLC. This ordinance is now being presented for second reading and adoption. If adopted, Ordinance No. 26-1767 will become effective April 2, 2026.
