On March 2, 2026, the City released a solicitation for bids for the Norwalk Now and the Norwalk Future publications, for a term beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. Eight vendors responded to the Request for Proposal (RFP) by March 30, 2026, the RFP due date. The vendors were vetted based on their experience with municipalities, the scope of work requested, proposed approach and work plan, and the cost proposal. Based on the evaluation, staff has determined that Intergraphics Company offers the best service.
Fiscal Impact:
The cost for the printing of the City's newsletter publication is $87,732 and has been included in the Fiscal Year 2026/27 Budget, provided there is funding.

Staff recommend City Council approve an agreement with Intergraphics Company, in the amount of $87,732 from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, with an optional two one-year extensions

for the printing of the City's newsletter publications; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any extensions and amendments provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
