In accordance with NMC §3.16.060, the Purchasing Authority authorization limit is to be “automatically adjusted on July 1, 2021, and each July 1st annually thereafter based upon the percentage change in the Consumer Price Index (“CPI”) for the Los Angeles-Anaheim-Riverside area as published by the U.S. Department of Labor from March of the prior year to March of the current year.”
The attached Purchasing Policy, Exhibit A to Resolution No. 26-22, reflects the annual update to the Purchasing Policy for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026/27 effective July 1, 2026.
