RESOLUTION NO. 26-47
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORWALK AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2026/27
ADOPTED BUDGET TO APPROPRIATE STREET RENOVATION
FUNDS TO HIGHWAY SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM CYCLES 6,
7, AND 8 – PROJECT NOS. 7228, 7229, 7230, 7232, 7233, 7234, 7237, 7238, 7239, AND 7240
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined there is a need to fund program management and funding administration services; and
WHEREAS, the current appropriation for these services has a shortfall in the amount of $100,000; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appropriate the additional $100,000 needed to the services from available Street Renovation funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORWALK HEREBY DETERMINES, FINDS, AND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The City Manager is authorized to make the following appropriation and prepare the necessary budget amendment for the following account:

Section 2.The Mayor, or presiding officer, is hereby authorized to affix her signature to this Resolution signifying its adoption by the City Council of the City of Norwalk and the City Clerk, or her duly appointed assistant, is directed to attest thereto.
