The City Council closed session began at 5:01 p.m.

STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Adam McGill, Community and Economic Development Director Vicki Parker, Planning and Environmental Services Manager Steve Marshall, City Attorney Jeff Walter and Assistant City Attorney John Abaci.
