The City Council meeting was called to order at 3:20 p.m.

The City Council postponed this item to a future meeting.
COUNCIL ACTION: Upon motion by Councilmember O’Connor and seconded by Councilmember Eklund, the City Council voted 5-0 via roll call to table this item to a future date.
