A. CALL TO ORDER
The City Council closed session began at 1:46 p.m.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Susan Wernick, Mayor Pro Tem Mark Milberg, Councilmember Pat Eklund and Councilmember Rachel Farac.
COUNCIL PRESENT VIA ZOOM: Councilmember Tim O’Connor.
STAFF PRESENT: City Attorney Gary Bell.
Councilmember O’Connor participated in the meeting remotely using the Just Cause provision and announced that there were no other individuals 18 years of age or older present in the room at the remote location.
