The City Council closed session began at 5:04 p.m.

C. CONSENT CALENDAR
C.1 BY MOTION, AUTHORIZE COUNCILMEMBER EKLUND TO
PARTICIPATE REMOTELY UNDER AB 2449 DUE TO AN
EMERGENCY CIRCUMSTANCE
The City Council voted unanimously to authorize Councilmember Eklund to participate remotely under AB 2449 due to an emergency circumstance.

LITIGATION
Initiation of Litigation pursuant to Cal. Gov’t Code section 54956.9(d)(4) Number of Potential Cases: One
The Council authorized staff to file an appeal of a recent order of the Regional Water Quality Control Board.

The City Council adjourned the meeting at 5:45 p.m.
