A. CALL TO ORDER
The City Council closed session began at 5:00 p.m.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Tim O’Connor, Councilmember Pat Eklund, Councilmember Kevin Jacobs, and Councilmember Mark Milberg COUNCIL VIA TELECONFERENCE: Mayor Pro Tempore Rachel Farac STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Amy Cunningham, Community Development Director Clare Hartman, Chief Building Official Mark Setterland, Captain Sasha D’Amico, Deputy Community Development Director Steve Marshall, Supervising Code Enforcement Officer Gary Berretta and City Attorney Gary Bell B. PUBLIC COMMENT

C. CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
Prior to the start of the closed session, City Attorney Bell announced that a point had been reached where, in the opinion of the legislative body of the local agency on the advice of its legal counsel, based on existing facts and circumstances, there was a significant exposure to litigation against the local agency.
Facts and circumstances that might result in litigation against the local agency but which the local agency believes are not yet known to a potential plaintiff or plaintiffs, which facts and circumstances need not be disclosed.

D. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council went into open session at 6pm and reconvened the closed session at 7:49pm upon adjournment of the open session. The closed session was adjourned at 8:45pm.
