The City Council closed session began at 5:01 p.m.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Tim O’Connor, Mayor Pro Tempore Rachel Farac, Councilmember Pat Eklund, Councilmember Kevin Jacobs, and Councilmember Mark Milberg
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Amy Cunningham, Assistant City Manager Carla Hansen, Police Chief Jim Naugle and Community Development Director Clare Hartman
STAFF PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE: City Attorney Gary Bell B. PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE

C.1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant Exposure to Litigation pursuant to Cal. Gov’t Code section 54956.9(d)(2)
Number of Potential Cases: Two
Prior to the start of the closed session, City Attorney Bell announced that a point had been reached where, in the opinion of the legislative body of the local agency on the advice of its legal counsel, based on existing facts and circumstances, there was a significant exposure to litigation against the local agency. Facts and circumstances that might result in litigation against the local agency but which the local agency believes are not yet known to a potential plaintiff or plaintiffs, which facts and circumstances need not be disclosed.
There was nothing to report out.
D. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council adjourned the meeting at 6:01 p.m.
