The City Council closed session began at 4:30 p.m.

The City Council adjourned the meeting at 6:00 p.m. and reconvened at 9:09 p.m. upon the adjournment of the open session. The City Council returned from closed session at 9:28 p.m. and Mayor O’Connor announced that there was no reportable action. The City Council then adjourned the meeting without vote and by unanimous consent at 9:29 p.m.
