The City Council closed session began at 5:02 p.m.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Tim O’Connor, Mayor Pro Tempore Rachel Farac, Councilmember Kevin Jacobs, and Councilmember Mark Milberg COUNCIL VIA TELECONFERENCE: Councilmember Eklund
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Amy Cunningham, Assistant City Manager Bill Rose, Community Development Director Clare Hartman, Deputy Director of Community Development Steve Marshall and City Attorney Gary Bell B. PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE
C. CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
C.1. BY MOTION, AUTHORIZE COUNCILMEMBER EKLUND TO PARTICIPATE REMOTELY UNDER AB 2449 DUE TO AN EMERGENCY CIRCUMSTANCE Upon motion by Mayor O’Connor and seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Farac, the City Council voted 5-0 to authorize Councilmember Eklund to participate remotely under AB 2449 due to an emergency circumstance.
C.2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant Exposure to Litigation pursuant to Cal. Gov’t Code section 54956.9(d)(2)

The City Council voted 5-0 to initiate litigation. The particulars are available upon request, if that action is commenced.

The City Council adjourned the meeting at 5:45 p.m.
