COUNCIL ACTION: Upon motion by Councilmember Jacobs and seconded by Councilmember Eklund, the City Council voted 4-0 via roll call to approve the Consent Calendar.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the Service Employees’ International Union (Unit D) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) effective July 1, 2025, amending the salary schedule for the Service Employees’ International Union (Unit D) effective October 5, 2025, and amending the FY 2025/26 Operating Budget adopted June 24, 2025 (Resolution 2025-055) by $380,565 pursuant to the MOU; and, adopt a resolution approving the updated salary schedule
The City Council adopted Resolution No. 2025-087 and Resolution No. 2025-088.
