The City Council meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m., with Mayor O’Connor leading the Pledge of Allegiance.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Tim O’Connor, Mayor Pro Tempore Rachel Farac, Councilmember Pat Eklund, Councilmember Sandeep Karkal and Councilmember Kevin Jacobs

COUNCIL ACTION: Upon motion by Councilmember Jacobs and seconded by Councilmember Eklund, the City Council voted 5-0 via roll call to approve the Final Agenda.

J.1. Reorganize the City Council to appoint a new Mayor and Mayor Pro Tempore The City Council said words of thanks to outgoing Mayor Tim O’Connor. The City Council then selected Rachel Farac to serve as Mayor and Kevin Jacobs to serve as Mayor Pro Tem.
PUBLIC COMMENT: None
COUNCIL ACTION: Upon motion by Mayor O’Connor and seconded by Councilmember Eklund, the City Council voted 5-0 via roll call to select Rachel Farac to serve as Mayor.

Motion carried.
COUNCIL ACTION: Upon motion by Mayor Farac and seconded by Councilmember Eklund, the City Council voted 5-0 via roll call to select Kevin Jacobs to serve as Mayor Pro Tem.
