A. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The City Council special meeting was called to order by Mayor Farac at 9:35am.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Rachel Farac, Mayor Pro Tempore Kevin Jacobs, Councilmember Pat Eklund, Councilmember Sandeep Karkal and Councilmember Tim O’Connor
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Amy Cunningham, Police Chief Jim Naugle, Assistant City Manager Carla Hansen, Assistant City Manager Bill Rose, Community Development Director Clare Hartman, Public Works Director Chris Benigni, Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director Katie Gauntlett, Finance Director Carla Carvalho-DeGraff, Management Analyst I Stacey Hoggan, City Attorney Gary Bell and City Clerk Laura McDowall CONSULTANTS PRESENT: Nancy Hetrick and Janae Janik from Raftelis B. PUBLIC COMMENT

C. STRATEGIC PLAN WORKSHOP
The City Council reviewed, discussed and provided direction to staff on the existing and proposed changes to the City’s Mission, Vision and Core Values, and discussed and provided feedback to staff regarding the Strategic Plan Goals for 2026-2028
D. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council adjourned the meeting at 3:00pm.
