Mayor Pro Tern Smith called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Mayor Pro Tern Smith led the pledge of allegiance.
4. Invocation
Pastor Ron Speer of Mountain View Church provided the invocation.
5. Presentations/Acknowledgements
5.1: Recognizing Save Mart on their 70th Year Anniversary of doing business in the Central Valley.
Item continued to a later date.
5.2: Recognizing Ceasar Garza on the Oakdale High School Wrestling Team as the Modesto Bee's 2022 Wrester of the Year and 2022 CIF State Champion.
Mayor Pro Tern Smith and the Members of the City Council presented Ceasar Garza for his outstanding achievements.
6. Additions/Deletions
Mayor Pro Tern Smith asked if there were any changes or deletions to the agenda. None were received.
7. Public Comments
Mayor Pro Tern Smith opened Public Comment.
Yvonne Reagers from the Oakdale Library, updated the City Council on current and upcoming projects and events at the library.
With no further public comment received, Mayor Pro Tern Smith closed the Public Comment period.
