Mayor Pro Tern Smith called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

3. Pledge of Allegiance
Mayor Pro Tern Smith led the pledge of allegiance.
4. Invocation
Pastor Jeff Holder of the Community United Methodist Church of Oakdale provided the invocation.
Report out of Closed Session
Mayor Pro Tern Smith reported out of closed session stating that City Council provided direction to staff.
5. Presentations/Acknowledgements
5.1: Proclamation Declaring May as Older Americans Month.
Mayor Pro Tern Smith and the City Council presented a Proclamation to Lupe Aguilera declaring May as Older Americans Month.
6. Additions/Deletions
Mayor Pro Tern Smith asked if there were any changes or deletions to the agenda. None were received.
7. Public Comments
Mayor Pro Tern Smith opened Public Comment.
Randy Raduechel asked if Staff could provide an update on the Third Avenue Rehabilitation Project. Public Services Director Gravel provided an update on the progress of construction.
With no further public comment received, Mayor Pro Tern Smith closed the Public Comment period.
