CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Pro Tem Smith called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Mayor Pro Tem Smith led the pledge of allegiance.
Invocation
Pastor Ron Speer of the Mountain View Church provided the invocation.
Presentations/Acknowledgements
Aayor Pro Ten Smith asked f there were any changes or deletions to the agenda. None were received.
Public Comments
Mayor Pro Tem Smith opened Public Comment.
Gary Jones with the Oakdale Community Garden Club thanked the City Council and City Staff for all their help on getting the garden set up.
Carol Blomquist and Jane Manley from the Stanislaus Library Foundation, provided a summary of services provided by the Stanislaus County Library system.
Yvonne Reagers from the Oakdale Library, updated the City Council on current and upcoming projects and events at the Oakdale Library.
With no further public comment received, Mayor Pro Tem Smith closed the Public Comment period.

Next City Council Resolution: 2022-068 Next Ordinance: 1281 The consent agenda is comprised of Items 9.1 through 9.6. Unless there is discussion by a member of the audience/Council they may be approved in one motion.
9.1: Approve the Regular City Council Meeting Minutes of June 6, 2022.
9.2: Receive and file the Warrant List for the period June 1, 2022 through June 13, 2022.
9.3: Waive all readings of Ordinances and Resolutions, except by Title.
9.4: Accept by Minute Order, the May 2022, Treasurer's Report
9.5: Approve by Minute Order, a Co-Sponsored Special Event Application submitted by the Oakdale Chambers of Commerce's Annual Concerts in the Park.
9.6: Reject by Minute Order, claim for damages by Sharon Nardello.
MOTION
To approve the City of Oakdale City Council June 20, 2022 Consent Agenda Items 9.1 through 9.6.
Moved by Council Member Smith, and seconded by Council Member Haney and PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2022, by the following vote:

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None (0)
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Bairos (1)

City Manager Whitemyer made the following updates:
• Third Avenue Rehabilitation project is progressing. The contractor is finishing up the underground utilities. A meeting will be held Tuesday, June 21 at 5:00 p.m. at the House of Beef to collaborate with the downtown businesses, staff and elected officials to see what downtown business need and how we can support them better.

Mayor Pro Tem Smith made the following announcements:
• Congrats to Oakdale ARTS and artist Lindsey Wetenkamp for the newest mural on the Dickerson Law building on F Street.
14. Adjournment
The next Regular meeting of the Oakdale City Council will be held Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. There being no further business, Mayor Pro Tem Smith adjourned the meeting at 7:15 p.m.
