This meeting will be open to the public. You may also submit your written comment (limited to 250 words or less) via email to [email protected] until 4:00 p.m. the day of the meeting at which you wish to provide comment. A copy of each timely submitted email will be provided to the City Council prior to the start of the meeting and will be made a part of the public record of the meeting but will not be read aloud during the meeting unless specifically requested to do so at the beginning of your email. 8.2: Recognizing Seth Ackerman Oakdale High School 2022 Graduate for his Perfect Attendance from Kindergarten – 12th Grade.
8:3: Recognizing Oakdale Soccer Club’s 2014 and 2019 Girls Competitive Team – Norcal Premier League Champions.

Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.3, the City Council may adopt reasonable regulations to ensure that the business on the agenda can be conducted, therefore all members of the public will be given 3 minutes for their public comments. Individuals may not defer their time to another person. A maximum of 30 minutes will be allotted for general public comment. For agenda items, a maximum of 30 minutes will be allotted for public comment on each specific agenda item. California law prohibits the City Council from taking action on any item not appearing on the posted agenda except that Council may refer the matter to staff for follow-up or request it be placed on a future agenda.

12.6 Consider a Resolution Declaring Certain Equipment as Surplus and Authorization to Dispose.
