Mayor Bairos called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

3. Pledge of Allegiance
Council Services Manager/Deputy City Clerk Colleen Andersen Mayor Bairos led the pledge of allegiance.
4. Invocation
Pastor Jeff Holder of Community United Methodist Church offered the invocation.
5. Presentations/Acknowledgements
5.1 Local Transit Services Presentation by Adam Barth, CEO and Angela Swanson, Sr.
Transit Analyst with Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority.
Adam Barth, CEO provided a PowerPoint Presentation regarding Local Transit Services, the S Vision, 2032 Goals, Milestones and Proposed Oakdale Service/Route Area changes.
Adam Barth responded to questions and comments from the City Council.
Bianca Signorelli commented that she agreed that it would be a benefit if the new service route could make a stop near the Senior Center. Ms. Signorelli also questioned if the buses were ADA. Mr. Barth responded yes; the buses are ADA.
Kayleigh Gilbert questioned if there was a route that went to MJC. Mr. Barth responded there are routes that go to MJC. All MJC students ride for free. "Cowboy Capital of the World"
