Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.3, the City Council may adopt reasonable regulations to ensure that the business on the agenda can be conducted, therefore all members of the public will be given 3 minutes for their public comments. Individuals may not defer their time to another person. A maximum of 30 minutes will be allotted for general public comment. For agenda items, a maximum of 30 minutes will be allotted for public comment on each specific agenda item. California law prohibits the City Council from taking action on any item not appearing on the posted agenda except that Council may refer the matter to staff for follow-up or request it be placed on a future agenda.

Next City Council Resolution: 2022-100 Next Ordinance: 1282
9.1 Approve the Regular City Council Meeting Minutes of August 15, 2022 and the Special City Council Meeting Minutes of August 29, 2022.
9.2 Receive and File the Warrant List for the period August 9, 2022 through August 26, 2022.
9.3 Waive all Readings of Ordinances and Resolutions, Except by Title.
9.4 Second Reading of Ordinance 1281, Amending Chapter 18, Motor Vehicles and Traffic of the City of Oakdale’s Municipal Code Section 18-11 Speed Limits set by State Law.
9.5 Adopt a Resolution declaring Canine Titan Surplus Property and Authorizing the Selling of the Property to Calaveras County Sheriff Department for the Amount of $2,500 and Placing the Funds in the K9 Unit Trust Fund 743-2110-374120.
9.6 Adopt a Resolution Declaring Rifles, Shotguns and Miscellaneous Firearm Parts Surplus Property and Authorizing the Selling of the Property to LC Action Police Supply, a State of California SBE Certified Dealer, in the Amount of $4,725.
9.7 Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Submission of the Claim for the Fiscal Year 2021- 2022 Local Transportation Fund (LTF).
9.8 Approve by Minute Order, a Tree Removal Request for the Removal of One (1) Oak Tree Located at 406 Shadow Creek Avenue.
9.9 Adopt a Resolution Authorizing Staff to Record Tentative Parcel Map No. 2021-37 located at 2706 and 2518 West F Street with the Stanislaus County Recorder’s Office.
9.10 By Minute Order, Approve a Special Event Application to hold a Punk in the Park Concert – Canned Food Drive Event at the Oakdale Community Park Amphitheater on Saturday, October 15, 2022.

10.1 Introduce for First Reading an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Oakdale, Amending the Oakdale Municipal Code, Chapter 20, Parks and Recreation, Article III, Parks, Section 20-13, Park Rules, Dogs in Sports Fields. Published in the Oakdale Leader on August 24, 2022.
Recommended Action: Introduce and Waive the First Reading of Proposed Ordinance of the City of Oakdale city Council, amending Chapter 20, Parks and Recreation, Article III, Parks, Section 20-13, Park Rules, Dogs in Sports Fields.
11. Staff Reports
11.1 Consider Resolution of the City of Oakdale City Council Approving a New Lease Agreement with ASTRO Foundation for the Use of the Annex Building located at 250 East “E” Street (Assessor Parcel Number 130-003-051) and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Agreement.
