1. CALL TO ORDER:

Mayor Bairos called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

3. Pledge of Allegiance
Mayor Bairos led the pledge of allegiance.
4. Invocation
The Reverend Father Luke Childs of Saint Matthias Anglican Church offered the invocation.
5. Presentations/Acknowledgements
5.1 Recognizing the 2022 City of Oakdale Aspiring Leaders Graduates.
The City Council presented certificates to the 2022 City of Oakdale Aspiring Leaders Graduates.
7. Public Comments
Mayor Bairos opened Public Comment.
Bianchi Signorelli addressed the Council about the newer part of D Street and the improvements made vs the older part of D Street and improvements requested related to traffic.
There being no further public comment, Mayor Bairos closed the Public Comment period.

The consent agenda is comprised of Items 9.1 through 9.10. Unless there is discussion by a member of the audience/Council they may be approved in one motion.
