Mayor Bairos opened Public Comment. With no public comment received, Mayor Bairos closed the Public Comment period.
4. Staff Report
4.1 Review and Approve Cowboy Statue Fundraiser Idea from The Cowboy Museum.
City Manager Whitemyer introduced Bambi Porter with the Cowboy Museum.
Bambi Porter with the Oakdale Cowboy Museum addressed the Council about a fundraiser to add more plaques to the wall around the Cowboy Statue.
MOTION
By Minute Order, Approve the Cowboy Statue Fundraiser Idea from The Cowboy Museum.
Moved by Mayor Pro Tern Smith, and seconded by Council Member Smith and PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of September 2022, by the following vote:

4.2 Consider approving a Resolution of the City Council approving the Third Avenue Construction Hardship Program Award Amounts as recommended by the Selection Committee.
