Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.3, the City Council may adopt reasonable regulations to ensure that the business on the agenda can be conducted, therefore all members of the public will be given 3 minutes for their public comments. Next City Council Resolution: 2022-105 Next Ordinance: 1283 Council from taking action on any item not appearing on the posted agenda except that Council may refer the matter to staff for follow-up or request it be placed on a future agenda.
8. Appointment to Boards, Commissions, Committees
8.1 By Minute Order, approve Appointment of Pat Mistry, Tejesh Mistry and Chet Mahida to the Tourism Business Improvement Advisory Board.
9. City Council Consent Agenda
The consent agenda is comprised of Items 9.1 through 9.10. Unless there is discussion by a member of the audience/Council they may be approved in one motion.
9.1 Approve the Regular City Council Meeting Minutes of September 6, 2022 and Special City Council Meeting Minutes of September 13, 2022.
9.2 Receive and file the Warrant List for the period August 27, 2022 through September 12, 2022.
9.3 Waive all readings of Ordinances and Resolutions, except by Title.
9.4 Second Reading of Ordinance 1282, Amending the Oakdale Municipal Code, Chapter 20, Parks and Recreation, Article III, Parks, Section 20-13, Park Rules, Dogs in Sports Fields.
9.5 Accept by Minute Order, August Treasurer’s Report.
9.6 Approve by Minute Order, City Co-Sponsored Special Event Application submitted by Infinite Athletics for the Veteran’s Day Parade and Ceremony scheduled for November 11, 2022.
9.7 Adopt a Resolution of the City of Oakdale City Council of Concurrence and Support of the Community Development Block Grant Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Fiscal Year 2021-2022.
9.8 Approve by Minute Order, a Tree Removal Request for the Removal of One (1) Redwood Tree located at 1966 Carmel Ranch Circle.
9.9 Approve by Minute Order, a Tree Removal Request for the Removal of One (1) Oak Tree and One (1) Redwood Tree located at 619 West F Street.
9.10 Adopt a Resolution of the City of Oakdale Approving an Update to the City’s Conflict of Interest Code.
