The City Council presented a Proclamation to Jane Finkenbine declaring September as National Senior Center Month.
5.2 Recognizing A Touche of Flowers for 33 Years of Business.
The City Council presented a certificate to A Touche of Flowers for 33 Years of Business.
5.3 Recognizing Pointe of Dance Studio for 20 Years of Business.
The City Council presented a certificate to Pointe of Dance Studio for 20 Years of Business.
5.4 Recognizing Burchell Nursery on their 80th Anniversary.
The City Council presented a certificate to Burchell Nurser on their 80th Anniversary.

Mayor Bairos asked if there were any changes to the agenda. There were none.
Mayor Bairos reported out of closed session that direction was given to staff. "Cowboy Capital of the World"
