Mayor Bairos called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Mayor Bairos led the pledge of allegiance.

Pastor Henry Raven of Sierra Foothills Community Church offered the invocation.

Mayor Bairos asked if there were any changes to the agenda. There were none.
7. Public Comments
Mayor Bairos opened Public Comment.
Clayton Schemper, OJUSD Board Candidate for Area a 1 addressed the City Council regarding his concerns and goals as a candidate for the Oakdale School District.
Yvonne Yeagers, Oakdale Library updated the City Council on current and upcoming events at the Oakdale Library.
There being no further public comment, Mayor Bairos closed the Public Comment period.
