Mayor Bairos called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

3. Pledge of Allegiance
Mayor Bairos led the pledge of allegiance.
4. Invocation
Pastor Henry Raven of Sierra Foothills Community Church offered the invocation.
5. Presentations/Acknowledgements
5.1 Proclamation Declaring October 9
th - 15th
, as "Fire Prevention Week" in the City of
Oakdale.
Mayor Bairos and the City Council presented the Proclamation to Fire Chief Kevin Wise and
5.2 Recognizing the Gutierrez/Dimas Family on Four Generations of Dedication to the Local McDonalds.
Mayor Bairos and the City Council presented a certificate to the Gutierrez/Dimas Family.

Mayor Bairos asked if there were any changes to the agenda. There were none.
7. Public Comments
Mayor Bairos opened Public Comment.
Trisha Brown, CEO of Oakdale Chamber Commerce announced they will be hosting a Candidate Forum on Thursday, October 20th at 6:00pm.
