Mayor Bairos asked if there were any changes to the agenda. There were none.

Mayor Bairos opened Public Comment.
Antionette Ryan addressed the City Council and read aloud emails that were sent to the City Council regarding the integrity of our voting system.
Benjamin Amaral addressed the City Council regarding comments made on the recent protests and our voting system.
Ken addressed the City Council regarding constitutional rights.
Alice Garcia addressed the City Council regarding rights for freedom of speech.
No name given, addressed the City Council regarding oath of office and its meaning to provide peace and harmony in our government.
