1. CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Bairos called the meeting to order at 3:03 p.m.

3. Public Comments
Mayor Bairos opened Public Comment. With no public comment received, Mayor Bairos closed the Public Comment period.
4. Staff Report
4.1 Consider approving a Resolution of the City Council allocating additional ARPA Funds for a City-wide RAD Card Program.
City Manager Whitemyer provided a presentation regarding the request for allocating an additional $200,000 in ARPA funds to be utilized for a city-wide RAD Card program.
Staff responded to questions from the Council.
Mayor Bairos opened the item for public comment. With no public comment, Mayor Bairos closed public comment and asked for a motion to be made.
MOTION
Adopt Resolution 2022-122, allocating $200,000 in ARPA funds for a new round of RAD Card funding and authorizing the City Manager to continue its partnership with Modesto Improvement Partnership, Inc. a California Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation, for the administration, implementation, and promotion of a city-wide RAD Card program in the City of Oakdale, to be funded by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds in the Amount of $33,000.00.
Moved by Mayor Pro Tern Smith, and seconded by Council Member Haney and PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November 2022, by the following vote:
