Mayor Bairos called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Mayor Bairos led the pledge of allegiance.
4. Invocation
Pastor Harlan Champoux of LifePoint Church offered the invocation.
5. Presentations/Acknowledgements
5.1 Oakdale Tourism and Visitors Board Annual Presentation.
Austin Romito, President & CEO provided a PowerPoint Presentation on the Oakdale Tourism and Visitors Board highlighting the OTVB current and proposed budget.
5.2 California Department of Insurance State Sponsored Programs Presentation.
Richie Sayavong, Associate Governmental Program Analyst provided a PowerPoint Presentation on the Department of Insurance State Sponsored Programs.
6. Additions/Deletions
Mayor Bairos asked if there were any changes to the agenda. There were none.
7. Public Comments
Mayor Bairos opened Public Comment.
Paul Fisher addressed the City Council regarding the noise complaints from the Oakdale Event Center next to Gilbert Park.
There being no further public comment, Mayor Bairos closed the Public Comment period. "Cowboy Capital of the World"
