Mayor Bairos called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

4. Invocation
Pastor Steve Neubaum of LifePoint Church offered the invocation.
5. Presentations/Acknowledgements
5.1 Recognizing Dalin Wilkinson for his selfless act of heroism.
Mayor Bairos and the Members of the City Council recognized Dalin Wilkinson.
5.2 Recognizing Pamela Kelly for her selfless service to Oakdale and as the Founder of the Oakdale Rescue Mission.
Former Council Member Haney and the Mayor Bairos and the Members of the City Council recognized Pamela Kelly.

Mayor Bairos asked if there were any changes to the agenda. There were none.
