Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.3, the City Council may adopt reasonable regulations to ensure that the business on the agenda can be conducted, therefore all members of the public will be given 3 minutes for their public comments. Individuals may not defer their time to another person. A maximum of 30 minutes will be allotted for general public comment. For agenda items, a maximum of 30 minutes will be allotted for public comment on each specific agenda item.

9.2 Receive and file the Warrant List for the period April 25, 2023 through May 8, 2023.
9.3 Waive all readings of Ordinances and Resolutions, except by Title.
9.4 By Minute Order, approve the April 2023 Treasurer’s Report.
9.5 Consider a Resolution, authorizing Staff to Surplus Police Vehicle 101 (CAPS 1), a 2006 Dodge Caliber.
9.6 By Minute Order, reject claim for damages by Susan Creedon.
9.7 Consider a Resolution, authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Alliance Home Repair for the repairs to the Public Works Shop Restroom in the amount of $11,420.00 including materials and labor.

Recommended Action: Adopt a Resolution awarding a contract to Professional Video and Sound in the amount of $148,747.60 and authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for the Installation of Video System.
11.2 Consider a Resolution authorizing City Staff to submit a Grant Application for the Land & Water Conservation Fund / Department of Parks and Recreation 2023 Grant Cycle for potential Community Park Project Grants.
