Mayor Bairos called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Pastor Jeff Cavanaugh of Calvary Chapel Oakdale offered the invocation.

5.1 Recognizing Inferno Cheer Team, Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade Participants.
Mayor Bairos and the Members of the City Council recognized the Inferno Cheer Team.
Additions/Deletions/Report Out of Closed Session
Mayor Bairos asked if there were any changes to the agenda. There were none.
Mayor Bairos reported out of Closed Session the City Council authorized a Settlement and Release agreement with PG&E a copy of the agreement will be available upon full execution.

Mayor Bairos opened Public Comment. With no public comment, Mayor Bairos closed the Public Comment period.

9.1 Approve the Regular City Council Meeting Minutes of December 4, 2023.
9.2 Receive and file the Warrant List for the period November 28, 2023 through December 10, 2023.
9.3 Waive all readings of Ordinances and Resolutions, except by Title.
9.4 Accept by Minute Order, List of City Commissions/Boards/Committees for 2024 as required by the Maddy Act (Government Code $54972).

Mayor Bairos opened the item for public comment. With no public comment, Mayor Bairos brought the item back to the City Council and asked for a motion to be made on this item.
MOTION
Adopt City of Oakdale City Council Resolution 2023-126, adopting a new Accounting Manager/Assistant Finance Director position job description and salary range and modifying the salary ranges of the Council Services and Legislate Records Manager and Wastewater Treatment Plan Supervisor Positions.

12.1 Consider a Resolution of the City of Oakdale Successor Agency for the Former Oakdale Community Redevelopment Agency Approving the Recognized Obligations Payment Schedule (ROPS) for July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025.
Recommended Action: Adopt City of Oakdale Successor Agency for the Former Oakdale Community Redevelopment Agency Approving the Recognized Obligations Payments Schedule (ROPS) for July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025.

Council Member Gilbert January 9th Oakdale Chamber Ambassadors at 8:30 a.m. at the Chamber of Commerce.
Council Member Smith stated he noticed as he was walking to work that the youth is utilizing the bus system here in Oakdale and its great to see. He also wished everyone a Merry Christmas.
Mayor Bairos thanked Project Hero's and Melinda Owen for doing the wreath across American. Career Fair will be held on January 17th stay tuned for more information. Mayor Bairo also wished everyone a Merry Christmas.
