Mayor Barios called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Mayor Bairos led the pledge of allegiance.
4. Invocation
Pastor Jeff Cavanaugh with the Calvary Chapel Oakdale offered the invocation.
Presentations/Acknowledgements
5.1 Recognizing Oakdale Super Rec Soccer All-Stars - NorCal Premier Super Rec Cup.
Mayor Bairos and Members of the City Council recognized the Oakdale Super Rec Soccer All-Stars.

9. City Council Consent Agenda
The consent agenda is comprised of Items 9.1 through 9.6. Unless there is discussion by a member of the audience/Council they may be approved in one motion
9.1 Approve the Regular City Council Meeting Minutes of December 18, 2023.
9.2 Receive and file the Warrant List for the period December 11, 2023 through January. 9, 2024.
9.3 Waive all readings of Ordinances and Resolutions, except by Title.
9.4 By Minute Order Reject Claim for Damages by John and Ana Butticci
9.5 Adopt a Resolution, Accepting the Bid from Krueger Fencing in the Amount of $8,290.00 for the Replacement of Chain Link Fence at Fire Station 28.
9.6 Adopt a Resolution, Accepting Improvements for Wood Basin I! Project in the Amount of $173,699.19 and Authorizing the Filing of a Notice of Completion.

11.1 Consider a Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of One 2024 Dodge Ram 5500 with Terex Bucket Lift from Custom Truck One Source in the Amount of $177,725.36 from the Sewer Capital Replacement Fund 621 and Water Capital Replacement Fund 644.
Public Works Superintendent Roberts provided a PowerPoint Presentation.
Staff responded to questions from the City Council.
Mayor Bairos opened the item for public comment. With no public comment, Mayor Bairos brought the item back to the City Council and asked for a motion to be made on this item.

12. City Manager's Report
12.1 January Department Reports.
City Manager Whitemyer stated Department Reports are in the Agenda Packet.
Chief of Police Ramar gave an update on the electric vehicles and some of the cost savings.
Finance Director Availa provided some electrical comparisons for the City/Hall Police Department complex.
13. City Council Items
Mayor Bairos announced the following:
Career Fair, Wednesday, January 17" at the Gene Bianchi Community Center Mayor's State of the City, Wednesday, January 31s at the Gene Bianchi Community Center
15. Adjournment
The next Regular meeting of the Oakdale City Council will be held February 5, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. There being no further business, Mayor Bairos adjourned the meeting at 7:56 p.m.
