CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Barios called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Mayor Bairos led the pledge of allegiance.

Pastor Steve Neubaum with LifePoint Church offered the invocation.
Presentations/Acknowledgements
5.1 Recognizing Café Brave for 20 Years of Business.
Mayor Bairos and the Members of the City Council recognized the Café Bravo.

Mayor Bairos reported out the closed session and stated direction was given to Staff

Mayor Bairos opened Public Comment. There being no public comment, Mayor Bairos closed the Public Comment period.

The consent agenda is comprised of Items 9.1 through 9.7. Unless there is discussion by a member of the audience/Council they may be approved in one motion.
9.1 Approve the Regular City Council Meeting Minutes of March 18, 2024.
9.2 Receive and file the Warrant List for the period March 13, 2024 - March 26, 2024. "Cowboy Capital of the World"

9.3 Waive all readings of Ordinances and Resolutions, except by Title.
9.4 Accept by Minute Order, February Treasurer's Report.
9.5 By Minute Order, Approve Co-Sponsored Special Event Application submitted by Lisa Kjeldgaard, on behalf of Love Oakdale, to hold Annual Love Oakdale Event on Saturday, April 27, 2024.
9.6 By Minute Order, Approve Co-Sponsored Special Event Application submitted by Steve Park, in behalf of the Valley Art Association, to hold the 2025 Oakdale Art Show & Silent Auction on March 20 - 23, 2025.
9.7 Adopt a Resolution Authorizing a Public Utilities Easement (PUE) Modification at APN 064-082-016 (Carmel Ranch Lot 16) and Authorizing the Filing with the County Recorder.

To approve the City of Oakdale City Council April 1, 2024, Consent Agenda.

11.1 Consider a Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of a New Type 3 Fire Engine Replacing Brush 28, from Hi-Tech Emergency Vehicle Services, Inc. in the Amount of $544,392.74 from Fire Equipment Replacement Fund 532.
Fire Chief Tietjen provided a PowerPoint Presentation.
Staff responded to questions from the City Council.
Mayor Bairos opened the item for public comment. With no public comment, Mayor Bairos brought the item back to the City Council and asked for a motion to be made on this item.
MOTION
Adopt City Council Resolution 2024-029, authorizing the purchase of a new Type 3 Fire Engine to replace Brush 28, from Hi-Tech Emergency Vehicle Services, Inc. in the amount of $544,392.74 from Fire Equipment Replacement Fund 532.
