Mayor Barios called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

9.3 Waive all readings of Ordinances and Resolutions, except by Title.
9.4 Adopt a Resolution Authorizing a PG&E Public Utilities Easement in the Third Avenue Parking Lot for Electrical Equipment Placement and Service.
9.5 By Minute Order, Approve Co-Sponsored Special Event Application Submitted by Lisa Ballard with the Oakdale Enrichment Söciety, to hold the All American Bash on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Dorada Park.

11.1 Consider a Request from the Oakdale Baseball Softball Association to Manage the Access of the Softball Fields at Kerr Park from March 1st to June 1st Each Year.
City Manager Whitemyer provided a PowerPoint Presentation.
Staff responded to questions from the City Council.
Mayor Bairos opened the item for public comment.
Representatives from the OBSA responded to questions from the City Council.
With no further public comment, Mayor Bairos brought the item back to the City Council and asked for a motion to be made on this item.

By Minute Order, authorizing the request to allow Kerr Park softball fields to be locked by a combination lock so that access to the fields can be managed by the City and OBSA from March 1st through June 1st each year

Mayor Bairos opened the item for public comment. With no public comment, Mayor Bairos brought the item back to the City Council and asked for a motion to be made on this item.

Adopt City Council Resolution 2024-031, accepting the 2023 Annual General Plan Progress Report and the 2023 Annual Housing Element Report and direct Staff to transmit the report to the appropriate State Agencies.
