Mayor Barios called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

9.1 Approve the Regular City Council Meeting Minutes of December 5, 2024.
9.2 Roceive and file the Warrant List for the period November 25, 2024 - December 8.
9.3 Waive all readings of Ordinances and Resolutions, except by Title.
9.4 Accept by Minute Order, List of City Commissions/Boards/Committees for 2025 as required by the Maddy Act (Government Code $54972).
9.5 Approve by Minute Order, City Co-Sponsored Special Event Application from the Oakdale Lions Club for the Annual Don Osborne Memorial Run Scheduled for Saturday, February 1, 2025.
Adopt a Resolution Approving an Extension of Copier Equipment Lease Agreement for the Police Department, City Hall, and Public Services Department.
9.7 Adopt a Resolution Approving Fire Station 28 Exterior Painting and Training Annex HVAC Replacement.

To adopt Resolution 2024-121, authorizing the City of Oakdale Animal Services to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Best Friends Animal Society and ASTRO Foundation for the Community Cat Program.

11.2 Consider a Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of One Utility Truck from Haidlen Ford in the Amount of $71.509.83 from Water Capital Replacement Fund 644 and One from Steves Chevrolet in the Amount of $71,730.90 from Sewer Capital Replacement Fund 621 and Authorize the Surplus of a 1998 Chevrolet 1500.
Public Services Superintendent Roberts provided a PowerPoint Presentation.

Mayor Bairos nominated and reappointed Council Member Christopher Smith as Mayor Pro Tem.

Mayor Pro Tem Smith wished everyone a Merry Christmas.
Council Member Gilbert thanks OES and Small Town Christmas for making this Christmas so magical.
Mayor Bairos thanked everyone involved in the Christmas events over the last weekend. It was a great event and a team effort.
15. Adjournment
The next Regular meeting of the Oakdale City Council will be held January 6, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. There being no further business, Mayor Bairos adjourned the meeting at 7:58 p.m.
