1. CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Barios called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Mayor Bairos led the pledge of allegiance.
4. Invocation
Pastor Clifton Curry of Mountain View Church provided the Invocation.
5. Presentations/Acknowledgements
5.1 Recognizing the 2024 Oakdale Stampede JV Team CENCAL Super Bowl Champions.
Mayor Bairos and Members of the City Council recognized the 2024 Oakdale Stampede JV Team.
6. Report Out of Closed Session / Additions / Deletions Mayor Bairos reported out of closed session that direction was given to Staff.
There were no additions or deletions to the agenda.
Public Comments
Mayor Bairos opened Public Comment. There being no public comment, Mayor Bairos closed the Public Comment period.

9.2 Approve the Regular City Council Meeting Minutes of December 16, 2024.
9.3 Receive and File the Warrant List for the period December 9, 2024 - December 30, 2024.
9.4 Waive all Readings of Ordinances and Resolutions, Except by Title.
9.5 Accept the October 2024 Treasurer's Report.
9.6 By Minute Order, Reject Claim for Damages from Randi Weston.
9.7 By Minute Order Consideration of Tree Removal Request for One (1) Pine Tree Located at 44 Black Pine Way.
9.8 Adopt a Resolution Approving Revision to the Salary Schedule Contained in the Rules and Regulations for Employment of Part-Time and Temporary Employees.
MOTION
To approve the City of Oakdale City Council January 6, 2025, Consent Agenda.
Moved by Mayor Pro Tem Smith, and seconded by Council Member Kettering PASSED this 6th day of January 2025, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Smith, Kettering, Pitassi, Bairos (4) NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None (0)
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Gilbert (1)
ABSTAINED: COUNCIL MEMBERS:None (0)
Motion carried 4/0 by City Council roll call vote.

Mayor Pro Tem Smith thanked all who came out today and helped clean up the parks.

On behalf of Small Town Christmas Committee thank you to all who helped cleaned up the parks.

14. Adjournment
The next Regular meeting of the Oakdale City Council will be held Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. There being no further business, Mayor Bairos adjourned the meeting at 7:52 p.m.
