Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.3, the City Council may adopt reasonable regulations to ensure that the business on the agenda can be conducted, therefore all members of the public will be given 3 minutes for their public comments. Individuals may not defer their time to another person. A maximum of 30 minutes will be allotted for general public comment. For agenda items, a maximum of 30 minutes will be allotted for public comment on each specific agenda item. California law prohibits the City Council from taking action on any matter that is not on the posted agenda unless it is determined to be an emergency by the Council. All items will be referred to staff for follow-up and/or placed on a future agenda.

11. Staff Reports
11.1 Consider a Resolution Accepting Grant Funding from the State of California Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) for the Traffic Records Improvement Project, Grant Number TR26010, in the Amount of $38,900.
11.2 Consider a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with Miracle Play Systems in the Amount of $13,257.91 for the Purchase of Replacement Playground Parts at Kerr Park to be Funded by Parks Replacement Fund 549 CP2603.
11.3 Consider a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with United Pavement Maintenance for the Albers Pavement Rehabilitation Project in the Amount of $783,503.64 and Authorize a 10% Construction Contingency in the Amount of $78,350.00 and Authorize a Construction Engineering Contingency in the Amount of $39,000.00 for a Total Project Budget of $900,853.64 to be Funded by Fund 316 Surface Transportation Fund CP2506.
11.4 Consider a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with Vintage Contractors Inc. in the Amount of $24,350.00 for the Rehabilitation of the Oakdale Community Park Basketball Court to be Funded by Parks Replacement Fund 549 CP2602.
11.5 Consider a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with Symbium Corporation for Online Automatic Solar Permit Compliance Review.
