7. Public Comments
Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.3, the City Council may adopt reasonable regulations to ensure that the business on the agenda can be conducted, therefore all members of the public will be given 3 minutes for their public comments. Individuals may not defer their time to another person. A maximum of 30 minutes will be allotted for general public comment. For agenda items, a maximum of 30 minutes will be allotted for public comment on each specific agenda item. California law prohibits the City Council from taking action on any matter that is not on the posted agenda unless it is determined to be an emergency by the Council. All items will be referred to staff for follow-up and/or placed on a future agenda.

9.2 Receive and file the Warrant List for the period July 16, 2025 - July 28, 2025.
9.3 Waive all readings of Ordinances and Resolutions, except by Title.
9.4 Authorize by Minute Order Cancellation of the Regular City Council Meeting Scheduled for Monday, August 18, 2025.
9.5 Reject Claim for Damages by Melody Crandell.
9.6 Reject Claim for Damages by Ricardo Suarez and Maria Molina Suarez.

9.7 Consider a Resolution Accepting the Dorada Park/Pool Parking Lot Improvements Project and Authorizing the Filing of a Notice of Completion; Authorizing the Reallocation of $29,000.00 from CP2126 Parks Yard on 4th Avenue Project to CP2127 Dorada Park/Pool Parking Lot Improvements; Approving Use of the Budget Balance of $42,082.00 and Accepting the Total Cost of $265,624.89.

10.4 Consider a Resolution Approving the Engineer’s Report and Ordering the Levy and Collection of Assessments for Landscape and Lighting Maintenance District No. 03-1, Zone 1 (Live Oak, Reinman Court, Sunset Meadows, Sterling Hills, Murdoch Estates) for Fiscal Year 2025/2026.

11.1 Consider a Resolution Designating a Voting Delegate(s) to take Action on Resolutions that Establish League of California Cities Policy at the League of California Cities Annual Conference on Friday, October 10, 2025.
11.2 Consider a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Accept and Execute a Grant Agreement in its Entirety from the FAA for the Runway Safety Area Marking Project (Design Only).
