1. CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Bairos called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
2. COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT/ABSENT:
Present: Mayor Cherilyn Bairos
Mayor Pro Tern Kayleigh Gilbert
Council Member Jarod Pitassi
Council Member Jeff Kettering
Council Member Richard Murdoch
3. Pledge of Allegiance
Mayor Bairos led the pledge of allegiance.
4. Invocation
Steve Neubaum with LifePoint Church provided the invocation.
5. Presentations/ Acknowledgements
5.1 ]3egQg[liZiQ9 Oakdale High School Wrestling Team on Championship Achievements and State Placement: Sac-Joaquin Section Masters Champions, SJS Division 1 Dual Champions and 12th Place Team CIF State.
Mayor Bairos and the Members of the City Council recognized the Oakdale High School Wrestling Team.
5.2 ASTRO Presentation.
ASTRO Foundation provided a PowerPoint Presentation on their accomplishments in 2025.
6. Report Out of Closed Session and Additions / Deletions.
Mayor Pro Tern Gilbert reported out of closed session that direction was given to staff.
There were no additions or deletions to the agenda.
7. Public Comments
Mayor Bairos opened public comment.
Narindar Bahia representative from Senator Marie Alvarado-Gil's Office provided a legislative update.
Debra Hendricks introduced herself as she will be filing papers to run for Yosemite Community College Board District 2.
Mary Buchannan reminded everyone that this Saturday is Love Oakdale and volunteers are needed.
