7. Public Comments
Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.3, the City Council may adopt reasonable regulations to ensure that the business on the agenda can be conducted, therefore all members of the public will be given 3 minutes for their public comments. Individuals may not defer their time to another person. A maximum of 30 minutes will be allotted for general public comment. For agenda items, a maximum of 30 minutes will be allotted for public comment on each specific agenda item. California law prohibits the City Council from taking action on any matter that is not on the posted agenda unless it is determined to be an emergency by the Council. All items will be referred to staff for follow-up and/or placed on a future agenda.

9.4 Accept the March Treasurer’s Report.
9.5 Adopt a Resolution of Intention to Annex Additional Territory to City of Oakdale Community Facilities District 2007-01 (Public Safety), Annexation No. 22 for the Lariat Subdivision.
9.6 Adopt a Resolution of Intention to Annex Additional Territory to City of Oakdale Community Facilities District 2015-01 (Maintenance Services), Annexation No. 10 for the Lariat Subdivision.
9.7 Adopt a Resolution Authorizing Acceptance of the Southwest Downtown Safe Routes to School Project in the Amount of $5,722,447.06 and Authorize the Filing of a Notice of Completion.

11.1 Consider a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with Kroeker Public Works for the B St, Jeremy and Linda Court Improvements in the Amount of $561,382.24 and Authorize $56,138.00 for Construction Engineering and Inspection Services and $56,138.00 for Contingency for a Total Project Budget of $673,658.24 to be Funded from Measure L Fund 222, Water Capital Replacement Fund 644 and Sewer Capital Replacement Fund 621 – CP2601.
