I believe that I am a good candidate for the board because; I have served on the Residents Advisory Board over 2 decades. I have showed leadership by taking on leadership roles in events and projects that Oakland Housing Authority presented. I believe my lived experience will provide insight and perspective relative to the Oakland community as a whole. My interest involves community organizing, building leaders through our youth, and social justice. In my personal time, I enjoy Basketball (Warriors), Football (Raiders), and softball.
