9.52.040 Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
“CommunityEvents”meansa SpecialEventthatis (a)freeforattendees,(b)isorganizedbyeither(i)a 501(c)3, a501(c)4,ora501(c)6organizationundertheInternalRevenueCodeor(ii)anorganizationwithanannualbudgetofnomorethan$500,000,and(c)either(i)islocatedinareasthatfallwithinthelowestquartileoftheCaliforniaHealthyPlacesindexor(ii)hasamajorityofvendorsthatresideinareasthatfallwithinthelowestquartile of the California Healthy Places Index.
