URBAN SEARCH AND RESCUE (US&R) GRANT FUNDS IN THE
AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND FOUR DOLLARS ($1,235,104), BY
EXTENDING THE PERIOD FOR RECIEPT OF GRANT FUNDS TO
AUGUST 31, 2023
WHEREAS, the Fire Department is requesting an amendment to City Council Resolution No. 87936 C.M.S., due to an extension from the grantor of the period to accept receipt of funds from the original term of September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2022, to an updated term of September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2023; now; therefore, be it RESOLVED: that Resolution No. 87936 C.M.S. is amended to authorize the extension of the period of time for the receipt of funds through August 31, 2023.
