November 3, 2022*Rules & Legislation Committee Meeting Agenda - DRAFT Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54953(e ), the City Council has found that an imminent risk to the health of attendees due to the COVID-19 pandemic continues to exist. Therefore, all City Councilmembers will participate in the meeting via phone/video conference without notice of their teleconference locations
