October 24, 2022*Public Safety Committee Meeting Agenda - FINAL Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54953(e ), the City Council has found that an imminent risk to the health of attendees due to the COVID-19 pandemic continues to exist. Therefore, all City Councilmembers will participate in the meeting via phone/video conference without notice of their teleconference locations

1. More information from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on how to measure and or mitigate the harms that have been done over time to communities such as East and West Oakland
2. Additional outreach to Multi Lingual Communities
3. Additional research on the impact of homelessness to public safety as it pertains to the general plan
