The Oakland Redevelopment Successor Agency/City Council convened at 9:38 A.M., with Council President Bas presiding as Chairperson.
The Roll Call was modified to note Councilmember Ramachandran present at 9:39 a.m. and Councilmember Fife present at 10:30 a.m.

A motion was made by Councilmember Reid, seconded by Councilmember Fife to adjourn for a 30 minute recess. The motion passed with a vote of 8 Ayes. At 12:34 p.m. the Council adjourned the meeting for recess.
A motion was made Councilmember Kaplan, seconded by Councilmember Fife to reconvene the meeting. The motion passed by the following: 6 Ayes; 2 Absent: Gallo, Ramachandran; The meeting reconvened at 1:05 p.m.
