• As noted above, Bay Construction and JUV, Inc. achieved 66.00% and 67.83% L/SLBE, respectively. CWS Construction & S & H Construction Inc. failed to meet the 50% L/SLBE. • All firms failed to meet 50% trucking participation requirement. • CWS Construction is not EBO compliant. They must come into compliance prior to full contract execution.
